Course structure and time to complete

The course contains nine units, each with a practical takeaway and a short quiz at the end. The pass rate for the quizzes is 80% and you must pass to move on to the next unit.

As a guideline, each unit contains approximately 1 hour of reading material. If you choose to undertake the practical activities we have provided, these will take approximately 1-2 hours per unit, depending on how long you want to spend on them.

Unit 9: Measuring Success and the Feedback Loop

Final assessment

There is a final assessment at the end of the course.

This is a short scenario with nine questions which allow you to apply what you have learned.

The pass rate for the assessment is 80%.

Passing this assessment will then generate your course certificate.
